What the Job Involves
This role involves oversight of Early Help Assessments, Interventions, and Reviews for children and families. You will manage allocation and assessment processes, ensuring persistent engagement and positive outcomes. Your work will support continuous improvement in practices and partnerships, focusing on achieving outcomes set in strategic plans. Additionally, you will ensure budget adherence and act as a deputy for the Head of Service during their absence, attending key meetings as needed.
