What the Job Involves
Under the direction of a Social Care Manager, you will manage and safeguard the needs of children and young people in accordance with the Children Act and other statutory guidelines. Your responsibilities include promoting welfare, assisting in team management, supporting decision-making processes, maintaining high-quality case records, and ensuring diverse needs are met. You will also participate in developmental activities, allocate work, supervise team members, and contribute to the management and quality assurance programmes. Your role may involve representing the team in multi-agency forums and contributing to policy development.
