What the Job Involves

As a Family Time Support Worker for supervised contact, you will facilitate and oversee contact sessions between children and their family members. Your role is to ensure these sessions are positive, safe, and beneficial for the child, while maintaining a supportive and neutral stance. You will work closely with social services, providing detailed observations and reports on the interactions and any areas of concern. Your contribution is crucial in aiding the assessment process for family cases.
