We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our Adult Social Care team in the Adult Provider Services section. As a compassionate and person-centred individual, you will provide safe care and support to adults at risk. You understand the importance of treating others with dignity, respect, and compassion, while embracing our values and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What the Job Involves
In this role, you will provide quality care tailored to individual needs, ensuring adherence to CQC fundamental standards. Responsibilities include delivering personal care such as dressing, bathing, and administering medication. You'll monitor service users' progress, engage in planning daily activities, and maintain records accurately. Effective communication with service users, families, and professionals is vital. You will also work safely with equipment, manage behaviour issues, attend meetings, and ensure compliance with health and safety and data protection policies.
