Your expertise in change management principles and methodologies, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach, empowers you to coach and support teams effectively. You are self-driven, organized, and have a natural inclination for planning strategy.
What the Job Involves
This role involves supporting the Transformation Team by embedding change management approaches, methodologies, and tools. You will provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the team, and help to develop the organization's change management expertise. Additionally, you will collaborate with the PMO team to integrate change management methodologies into our processes, while paving the way for a permanent Senior Change Manager role.
Skills
- Recognized qualification in change management or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing complex change programs with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in coaching senior leaders or peers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills
