Who You Are
The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager (Capital) position is someone with extensive capital accounting experience within a local authority. You should possess strong team management and business partnering skills, along with effective change management capabilities. Your proficiency in MS Excel should be at an intermediate level or above, and you should hold a CCAB/CIMA qualification, or an AAT qualification with relevant experience. Ideally, you should be able to work from the Liverpool office two days per week as part of a hybrid working setup.
