What the Job Involves
As a Social Care Worker, you will provide safe and personalized care to adults at risk, ensuring their basic needs are met according to their support plans and risk assessments. You will assist with personal care activities, monitor progress, and engage with service users, families, and professionals to ensure high standards of care. Your role involves planning and executing activities that positively impact the well-being of service users and adhering to organizational protocols for health and safety. You will be responsible for administering medication, maintaining accurate records, and using appropriate equipment to support individuals with mobility issues. Additionally, you will contribute to meetings, report incidents, and ensure data protection and information security protocols are followed.
