Who You Are

An experienced and qualified social work manager with a strong track record of high performance. You are capable of leading a dynamic team and possess extensive knowledge in areas critical to the care of children, including Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), Child Exploitation (CE), and missing children protocols.

What the job involves

You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 social workers and 1 assistant team manager, overseeing caseloads for children in care. The initial assignment is to cover a sickness period of 3 months, with the position subject to review at that point.
