What the Job Involves

The Outreach Family Support Worker provides high-quality outreach and home-based early help support to children and their families. You will take responsibility for complex cases, supporting families throughout early help assessments and leading Team Around the Family plans. The role involves direct work with children and young people facing emotional and mental health challenges, developing parenting strategies with families, supporting the delivery of supervised contact, and promoting safeguarding in line with statutory guidance.
