You possess a good understanding of workforce development and learning. You are motivated, inspired, and creative in your approach, with a passion for driving forward initiatives such as the Workforce Academy.
What the job involves
Supporting the Head of Service of Workforce Development and Learning, this role involves championing excellent professional practice and development regionally and nationally. You will provide operational and motivational leadership, lead the implementation of the Families First Programme, and play a key role in planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating training opportunities. Additionally, you will undertake audits and quality assurance to evaluate and improve practice standards and outcomes.
