You are a dedicated professional capable of handling complex family needs, committed to supporting families to thrive. You are someone who aligns with the principles of the Early Help and Prevention Strategy and the national Supporting Families programme. You possess a proactive approach in coordinating and delivering multi-agency interventions, ensuring positive outcomes while minimizing the need for crisis intervention services.
What the Job Involves
As a key resource for Knowsley Family First, you will coordinate and deliver interventions for families with complex needs through direct engagement and a coordinated partnership approach. You will conduct whole-family Early Help Assessments and action planning, working closely with families to achieve sustainable, positive results. You will organize and lead Team Around the Family Meetings, develop SMART plans, and conduct home visits and direct work with children and young people. You are expected to work within designated timescales and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
