What the Job Involves
As an Early Help Worker, you are responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people (0 – 19), their families, and adults by delivering high-quality interventions. You will serve as their single point of contact, coordinating a holistic, temporary offer of support focusing on outcomes. Your role will involve delivering activities through appropriate models and frameworks, engaging with community organizations, managing caseloads, assessing risks, and maintaining accurate records. You will also contribute to service development, support family resilience, and utilize IT systems for efficient case management.

- Practical and procedural knowledge of family support and safeguarding
- Casework management and case management methodologies
