What the Job Involves
This role involves managing the Council's ERP implementation through two primary phases. In Phase One, you will focus on finalising and managing the Council's ERP supplier contract, ensuring compliance with CCS framework rules, and leading end-to-end contracting activities. You'll work closely with internal departments to draft, review, and negotiate core agreements while identifying and mitigating commercial risks. In Phase Two, you will oversee supplier performance, support the decommissioning of existing contracts, and manage contract variations and SLAs. You will act as a point of contact for suppliers, conduct regular performance reviews, and manage contract renewals.
