You are dedicated to supporting families with complex needs, helping them to thrive according to the expectations set out in the Early Help and Prevention Strategy. You are committed to a multi-agency approach, working with families to create and implement action plans that lead to positive outcomes and prevent the escalation to high-cost crisis services.
What the Job Involves
The job involves coordinating and delivering multi-agency interventions through the Knowsley Family First service. You will be responsible for carrying out whole-family Early Help Assessments, organizing Team Around the Family Meetings, and developing SMART plans with families. The role requires conducting home visits and direct work with children and young people while adhering to established timescales.
