What the Job Involves
The position involves providing personal and social care according to individual Care Plans. This includes personal hygiene, dietary care, and community-based daily living tasks. You will work in various community settings and support service users in mobility, medication assistance, and participation in activities. Regular record-keeping, care plan reviews, and adherence to policies are essential. The role may require evening and weekend shifts as per a rota.
