What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and organisational requirements while carrying a caseload. You will work independently and in multi-agency teams to support the social care needs of clients, ensuring their safety and positive outcomes. Your role involves providing professional assessments, liaising with partners, maintaining detailed records, and executing statutory safeguarding duties. You will develop knowledge in areas of practice, prepare and present reports in legal settings, and help manage risks while promoting the rights of children and young people.
