What the Job Involves

The position requires providing personal and social care to service users based on individualized Care Plans. This includes assisting with personal hygiene, dietary care, and promoting social interaction through various activities. You will work across community settings, including day services and supported accommodations. Duties entail assisting with mobility, medication management, maintaining records, and engaging in team meetings and training. The role also demands flexibility with working hours, including potential shifts on evenings and weekends, while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and safeguarding regulations.
