What the Job Involves

The role involves supporting individuals with various needs in community-based settings, including preparing and delivering activities, participating in assessment and review processes, and managing risks to promote independence and inclusion. You will also handle the administration of medications, maintain communication with relevant parties, and ensure the well-being of service users. This role requires flexibility, including the willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
