What the Job Involves
As a Support Worker, you will participate in the day-to-day delivery of services to promote choice, skill development, independence, and inclusion. You'll assist in preparing and delivering planned and meaningful activities in line with individual care plans. You will be responsible for medication administration, ensuring service user's safety through risk management, and maintaining effective communication. Your duties will also involve upholding company policies, attending training, and ensuring the wellbeing of service users through a supportive environment.
