You possess excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people, and you have a methodical, organized approach to care and placement planning. You are committed to ensuring stable placements that meet individual needs and contribute to long-term positive outcomes. Additionally, you are a car driver with access to a vehicle and are ready to join a dynamic team focused on collaborative practice improvement at Liverpool Children's Services.

What the Job Involves

You will join our Permanence Teams working across children's services. Your role will focus on ensuring stable and appropriate placements for children and young people. You will engage directly with children, creating and implementing care plans to minimize risk and improve outcomes. You will collaborate with a high-quality senior leadership team committed to making Liverpool a place where good social work can thrive.
