Having previous experience in Children in Care and Children Looked After is crucial to succeed in this role. You are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people and thrive in a collaborative environment. You are licensed to drive and have access to a vehicle.

As a children’s social worker in our Permanence Teams, you will engage directly with children and young people, ensuring quality care and placement planning. Your methodical approach will allow you to manage and minimize risks effectively, ensuring stable placements tailored to individual needs. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to collaborative practice improvement under a high-quality senior leadership team.
