You are an experienced social worker with over three years of post-qualified experience, looking to make a difference in the field of Safeguarding. You have strong court skills and a proven track record in Safeguarding. Joining Liverpool Children's Services allows you to be part of a supportive and welcoming team that shares a vision and motivation to enhance outcomes for the children and families in Liverpool.
What the Job Involves
This position requires you to work within Liverpool Children's Services, contributing to Safeguarding efforts and supporting children and families. You will work 35 hours per week with a hybrid working model, spending three days a week in Liverpool. The role offers an initial three-month contract, providing stability for you and the clients you serve. You will have the opportunity to be part of a stable team with a permanent team manager and service manager, all committed to collaborative practice improvement. You will receive regular reflective supervision and access to an extensive Early Help Offer and support services, including a Family Group Conference Service and family support workers.
