What the Job Involves

This role involves conducting criminal compliance enforcement activities, performing inspections, and investigating breaches of Trading Standards legislation. You will be responsible for selecting and executing appropriate enforcement actions and leading complex projects. The role requires preparing reports, collaborating with stakeholders, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Additionally, you will represent the Trading Standards Service in meetings and coordinate initiatives with various organizations. Your responsibilities include data management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of service operations.
