What the Job Involves

You will lead and manage the Democratic Services team to ensure quality committee and member functions. This includes providing expert advice on democratic processes and overseeing adherence to legislative requirements. You will be responsible for improving decision-making processes, enhancing the scrutiny function, and supporting member services. This involves managing up to 15 team members, overseeing a significant budget, and driving digital and organizational enhancements.
