Your expertise lies in handling complex cases and collaborating with educational institutions to ensure every individual receives appropriate support and guidance. You thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to enhancing educational outcomes for those at risk of becoming Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) or requiring Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS).

What the Job Involves

As a SEND Caseworker, you will focus on two primary areas: Annual Reviews and EOTAS/NEET. This is a non case holding role that emphasizes thorough assessments, strategic planning, and collaboration with educational authorities and families. One SEND Caseworker will concentrate on managing and facilitating annual reviews, while two others will address the needs and development plans for individuals requiring EOTAS and those at risk of becoming NEET.
