What the Job Involves
This position involves managing a caseload of Children & Families with different complexities. The role includes assessment, planning, implementing actions, and evaluating outcomes to apply resources effectively, safeguarding and promoting children's welfare. You will undertake various functions, including complex case management, quality assessments, and crisis response. Additionally, you will support service development, supervise students, and establish professional relationships with foster carers and partner agencies.
