What the Job Involves

This role involves managing a protected caseload under supervision and involves referral, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring effective use of resources. You will be responsible for promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and families, engaging with partner agencies, preparing care plans, and conducting assessments. Your role includes developing multi-agency plans and undertaking specialist roles when required, with a focus on providing expertise and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
