What the Job Involves
The role involves supporting the Lead Officer Home Ownership in delivering Right to Buy and other homeowner services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices. You will be responsible for policy development, service improvement, and engaging with council homeowners to address any issues related to leases and agreements. Leading consultations and communications with homeowners, working closely with finance and legal teams, and embedding equality and diversity into all aspects of service delivery are key components of this role.
