What the Job Involves
This role requires you to deliver evidence-based interventions to support children, young people, and families, aiming to improve their outcomes and prevent the escalation of need. You will work collaboratively with Children’s Services and various agencies to manage a diverse caseload, assess family situations, and deliver tailored support programs. Your responsibility includes facilitating group sessions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulations and organizational policies.
Skills
- NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary work with varying priorities
- Experience with risk assessment and conflict management
- Competence in report writing and data management
- Operational experience with complex case management
- Proficiency in using computer systems
