What the job involves
The Customer Service Associate at the Corporate Hub of Lincolnshire County Council involves being the first point of contact for District Council Services, such as Council Housing repairs, Libraries, and Heritage enquiries. You will gather and process information efficiently and accurately while supporting various council services that impact people's lives. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, excluding public holidays, at Lancaster House in Lincoln City Centre. You'll receive a complete induction and relevant job training, offering plenty of variety and the chance to learn.
