What the Job Involves
This role within the TA placements team involves supporting residents into temporary accommodation and ensuring Camden allocates suitable emergency and temporary accommodation. Responsibilities include providing housing advice, sourcing suitable temporary housing options, facilitating allocation processes, and working collaboratively across housing services.
Additionally, you'll assist with logistical arrangements, update IT Housing Systems, offer advice and support to residents, comply with relevant policies, and participate in training. You'll also help new staff learn, manage records, and tackle issues such as emergency decants.
