What the Job Involves

As an Estate Services Cleaner (Mobile), you are responsible for ensuring the internal and external areas of our estates are clean and safe. You will perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and litter picking, and handle refuse management. When necessary, you'll use machinery for deep cleaning after receiving training. You will report any repairs or defects and cover for absent colleagues. Additionally, you serve as a point of contact for residents, providing assistance or referring inquiries to others. Always act professionally, adhering to health and safety standards.

Skills

  • Manual driving license required
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cleaning duties (desirable)
