What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker, you will manage a complex and varied caseload, ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements. Your responsibilities include undertaking assessments and preparing detailed reports, planning support in collaboration with carers and other agencies, monitoring service delivery, and engaging in safeguarding activities. You will work with various partners and represent the department in multidisciplinary forums. Additionally, you will contribute to team development, participate in performance reviews, and adhere to budgetary constraints while exploring funding opportunities.
