Advanced Practitioner (Social Care) - MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub)
Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced social worker with a minimum of 3 years of permanent statutory experience. You must be familiar with working in the MASH setting and be adept at frontline social work, particularly focused on child and young people safeguarding. Car driving is essential, and you should possess access to a vehicle. Note, candidates should not be transitioning directly from a permanent social work role in the North West region (a 3-month gap is required).
What the Job Involves
The role involves working intensively as part of a dynamic team to safeguard children and young people from significant harm. You will use your professional judgment to assess risk swiftly and employ evidence-based tools to deliver protective measures. A strong understanding of children's legislation and statutory guidance is necessary, along with the ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams on-site, five days a week. This role pays £40 per hour under an umbrella/ltd status.
Skills
