What the Job Involves
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and providing efficient and professional customer service. You will offer basic guidance on council services and those of partner organizations, handle administrative duties, and manage inbound and outbound communication campaigns. You will be expected to escalate issues as necessary, provide coverage for colleagues, and use multiple IT systems for data management. Additionally, you will ensure reception duties are met according to service requirements and contribute to maintaining high customer service standards through team collaboration and support.
