What the Job Involves
This role requires providing high-quality outreach and home-based Early Help support to children and families city-wide. You'll take responsibility for complex cases from children's social care, deliver targeted support to vulnerable children (ages 0-25), and organise Team Around the Family meetings. The job involves formulating plans to reduce risks, using de-escalation methods, supporting practical parenting strategies, and ensuring effective record-keeping. You will visit homes to provide targeted support, align with early help standards, and promote safeguarding practices.
