What the Job Involves
As a prosecution lawyer at Legal Services Lincolnshire, your primary focus will be handling the rising number of non-school attendance prosecutions. You will be responsible for reviewing cases, preparing matters for court, and providing legal advice. The role may also require you to cover other local authority prosecutions and attend court as well as office meetings occasionally.
