Who You Are
You are a dedicated social worker focused on the welfare of children, skilled in assessments and care planning, and committed to promoting the well-being of children within the community.
What the job involves
- Carry out initial and core assessments in compliance with the Assessment Framework.
- Develop comprehensive care plans and support packages to address children's needs.
- Perform statutory duties for children in care and those on a Care and Support Protection Plan.
- Engage in care proceedings and ensure all actions are documented in Care First.
- Adhere to Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures.
- Complete any additional tasks as required to support child welfare.
