Who You Are

You are a dedicated legal professional with a focus on Children Social Care and Education law. You possess a keen ability to manage a mixed caseload and a talent for developing strong professional relationships.

What the Job Involves

Your day-to-day work will involve taking responsibility for a mixed caseload of matters related to Children Social Care and Education, including advocacy. You will receive supervision from more senior lawyers within the team. Additionally, you will be expected to liaise effectively and promptly with support staff, building and maintaining synergistic working environments. Further, you will develop and foster effective relationships with the Principal Lawyer, other team members, key stakeholders, and client departments. Understanding and sharing client business needs and objectives with the team will be crucial, ensuring they are widely comprehended and integrated into the team's work.
