What the Job Involves
As a Customer Service Advisor on the Out of Hours Team at Lincolnshire County Council, you will serve as the first point of contact for emergency calls related to Adult and Children's Social Care. You will handle calls from professionals like police and health services and from members of the public. Your role includes processing information efficiently and accurately, especially dealing with sensitive calls. Besides social care, expect calls about district council services and local services like library and heritage inquiries. You will work at the Customer Service Centre in Lancaster House, Lincoln, with opportunities for agile working after training.
