As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our borough residents. You are committed to enhancing customer experience by supporting residents efficiently at the first point of contact.
What the job involves
In this role, you will handle a high volume of calls, assisting residents with approximately 15 different Council services. You'll also engage with various back-office systems to progress tasks effectively.
Skills
- Experience in telephone contact centre environment
- Above average ICT skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Ability to interface with multiple backend systems
