Advanced Practitioner (Social Care)

Please note that the pay rate is £40ph ltd for this role Advanced Practitioner (Social Care) - Permanence Team It is essential that all candidates have 3 years permanent social work statutory experience (please indicate against the role on the submitted cv) and are car drivers and have access to a vehicle. Candidates cannot apply if are leaving a permanent social work role in the North West region (there must be a 3 month gap) Agents - please ensure you have spoken to your candidate before submission to ensure their availability, plus availability to start We have opportunities for experienced (plus 3yrs pq) children's social workers across our services in our Permanence Teams The candidate will be experienced in Children in Care and Children Looked After Excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people is essential as well Care and placement planning and minimising risk with a methodical organised approach, ensuring long term improved outcomes Good understanding of Corporate Parenting and Children Looked After legislation and processes Ensuring stable placements appropriate for individual needs There has never been a more exciting time to join Liverpool Children's Services as a social worker.
