You possess the capability to conduct thorough inspections and produce detailed feasibility studies, while also effectively managing small project works under the supervision of the Head of Compliance and M&E.
What the Job Involves
The role requires you to provide technical oversight and ensure quality assurance for the Council’s domestic gas programs. You will execute audits and inspections to validate the quality of gas repair and installation works, ranging from new builds to regeneration schemes. Acting as a Contract Administrator, you will oversee small project works valued up to £50,000. Additionally, you will review and update PPM programs in collaboration with the compliance team, ensuring all systems are maintained effectively. Ongoing professional development is required to fulfill the Council's landlord duties.
