This role involves leading and managing the Council's Disrepair Service to resolve disrepair claims efficiently across the borough's housing stock. Key responsibilities include minimizing the Council’s legal risks through proactive case management and delivering a cost-effective repair service. You will supervise a team of two Litigation Officers and three Disrepair Surveyors, ensuring compliance with legal disrepair procedures and managing the disrepair programme to reduce financial and legal exposure.
