You have a passion for supporting individuals to make choices and live independently. You are dedicated to demonstrating the values of the Care and Support Department. You draw on relevant experiences from paid or voluntary work, personal life situations, or education to provide excellent care and support to service users. You understand and comply with policies on Finance, Technology Services, Data Protection, Health & Safety, and Equality and Diversity.
What the Job Involves
This role involves supporting service users to express themselves and make informed choices. You will devise and implement individual care and support plans with appropriate risk assessments, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure access to work, education, or leisure activities. The role includes maintaining service user records, participating in shift work, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will also be responsible for safeguarding adults and children at risk of abuse or neglect.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
