Who You Are
Experienced Social Worker looking to join the Family Safeguarding Service at Swindon Borough Council. You work well within team settings, particularly in a pod structure, and have a deep understanding of child and family care. You are adept at handling complex risks and supporting children and families with compassion and expertise.
What the Job Involves
As a Social Worker within the Family Safeguarding Service, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, including parenting assessments, and develop outcome-focused care plans. You will manage care proceedings in both private and public courts, aiming to achieve permanency plans such as adoption. Additionally, you will provide detailed documentation and analysis of interventions with children and families.
