You are a dedicated professional with a passion for advocating and supporting children with disabilities. You have experience working within teams focused on children with disabilities and are knowledgeable about safeguarding practices.
What the Job Involves
You will work within the children with disabilities team to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of children under your care. Your responsibilities include assessing the needs of children with disabilities, collaborating with families and other professionals, and implementing support plans that meet individual needs.
