Who You Are
You are an experienced individual with at least 2 years of supporting adults in their own homes, adept at providing personal care and assisting with daily living tasks. You have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, essential for travel across Enfield. You are flexible and can adapt to changing service demands, eager to help individuals regain independence following illness or hospital discharge.
What the job involves
This role involves covering vacancies for Reablement Workers, working structured rota patterns across three clusters. You will support adults in regaining confidence and skills to achieve independence at home, in collaboration with Occupational Therapists and a wider team. Support is short-term, up to 6 weeks, focusing on enabling individuals rather than providing long-term care.

- Desirable: Care Certificate or Level 2 NVQ/QCF in Care
