What the Job Involves
As part of the Triathlon Homes team, you will be the initial point of contact, providing a positive customer experience and managing a wide range of enquiries. Your role involves booking appointments, organising meetings, and liaising with various team members and external partners. Working closely with Village Managers and the External Management Agent, you will ensure excellent service delivery and manage communal repairs. You’ll also participate in projects, including those related to Fire Safety, while maintaining effective communication with residents and stakeholders from our Stratford office.
