Who You Are
An Advanced Practitioner with a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England. You have substantial post-qualification experience, particularly in statutory health or social care settings, and demonstrate ongoing professional development. You have a sound understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding, mental capacity issues, confidentiality, and data protection.
What the job involves
This role involves managing complex and high-risk social work cases, ensuring high standards of safeguarding practices, and developing person-centered care plans. You will work alongside practitioners, support with court work, contribute to service development, and engage in multi-agency collaborations. You will chair meetings, mentor others, and lead specific projects while ensuring that your interventions promote independence and safeguard individuals effectively.
